From one side of the the Old Firm to the other, my next collection is that of Celtic. Celtic were founded as a charitable organization in 1888 by Brother Walfrid, to help help Irish immigrants in Glasgow. They have won the second most amount of league titles in Scotland, 42, and were the first British team to win the European Cup. Celtic play their home games at Celtic Park, and are nicknamed The Bhoys, among others.
HOME
There's very little that you can do with the Hoops, so this pretty much has to be traditional. I'd say it's somewhat similar to the 08/09 shirt with a few minor different minor details. For example, the obvious being that Tennents are the sponsors now, and not Carling. However, along with this I've add watermarks to both of the sleeves. On the left, I've used the year Celtic were founded, 1888 and on the right, 1967, another very important year for Celtic fans as this was when they won the European Cup.
AWAY
Similar to Russia's 08/09 Home shirt, and like the Rangers' jersey I previously designed, this is white mainly, with the other club colours added, in this case green and gold. The three bars across the middle bare a resemblance to the Irish colours, which to represent Celtic's background and foundation. Other than this, there is mainly green trim featured, with a small amount of gold on the colour.
THIRD
This could be said that it is almost like the 'Black Magic' Umbro shirt Celtic had in the early 2000s, but with a lot less gold trim featuring. The Celtic crest retains it's usual Green, white and black colour and the sponsors remain in white (with Tennants having black surrounds). Another one of the more basic shirts I've created.
